The Triumvirate

The Triumvirate is the head of government in Doloria, formed from by three high ranking officials from the elven Vaulted Court, the human Royal Family and the gnomish Vitruvians.

Based in Verum, the Triumvirate discuss national matters and with the help of Civis Arcanum create legislation. All Orders of Capture pass through the Triumvirate.
